Refund policy

Return Eligibility:

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• If Parcel is lost during shipment we are not responsible. You can directly claim your parcel from USPS, Fedex or UPS.
• Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from birmnova.com.

• Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
